All customers are given access to the Atlas customer portal where they can find many useful resources, including:

  • Private forum for exchanging ideas, sharing best practices, and posing questions

The portal also allows you to initiate communications with our team of expert customer service representatives who can enable your successful use of the product.

Technical Support Services

The client services team at PSS Systems provides world class technical support to assist our customers in fully leveraging the value of their investment. The team is available via phone, email or web.

Atlas Training

PSS Systems offers Atlas product training classes for both clients and implementation partners at the PSS Systems corporate headquarters in Mountain View.

Clients and partners can register for classes on the Atlas Customer Portal.

Core Product Training Program for Atlas Clients
The Core Product Training Program for Atlas Suite clients is specifically designed for the core project team and provides focused training on the full product capabilities and value. By learning what is possible within the Atlas Suite, the project team can more fully understand the business implications of the workflow and process decisions they make, resulting in a more successful implementation and rollout.
