Be a part of this exciting, fast growing market opportunity and work with the best of the best! We are looking for a Technical Pre-Sales Consultant. The successful candidate will work closely with the Regional Account Managers and Pre-Sales Consultants to understand prospective client needs and position and demonstrate the Atlas technology and architecture.

The candidate will support all elements of the sales process relating to the solution technology including:

  • Present to prospects the technology and architecture of the product, on-site and via GoToMeeting
  • Answer all prospect questions about the technology, both written and verbal
  • Complete technical questions on RFPs
  • Enhance and support the demo environment by keeping it on the newest product release and researching product issues in demo environment
  • Perform miscellaneous projects as assigned by Manager
  • Report writing using third party reporting tools
  • Manage DMZ environment
  • Conduct deployment sizing exercises for prospects
  • Support product management and business development teams with technology based initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Understand with great depth a J2EE architecture and technology
  • Previous experience supporting enterprise software pre-sales group
  • Fairly good SQL skills
  • Manage DMZ
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, as well as, a customer oriented attitude.
  • Able to make technology sound simple to prospects
  • Very smart, agile thinker, “real-time mind”
  • High energy, vitality, refuse-to-lose attitude – work closely with others in sales, product strategy, and professional services to build the business
  • Working knowledge of various application software (ERP, Email Archiving, Process Review, Enterprise Content), leading reporting/business intelligence systems, and Knowledge Process Management areas such as document management and workflow automation.
  • Familiarity with production hosting an asset
  • Team player.
  • Bachelors Degree
  • MBA an advantage
