Be a part of this exciting, fast growing market opportunity and work with the best of the best! We are looking for a Project Manger/Senior Client Services Consultant. This is a hands on position to manage and perform all aspects of customer deployment projects for PSS Fortune 500 customers. In this position you will be providing expert guidance in retention and preservation practices and processes. Ensure successful software implementations, by having a clear understanding of customers' expectations, key players, and timeline, while providing guidance as to project scope, project critical success factors, and training.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide customers with guidance and support in the areas of Retention and Preservation, and insight into the most effective utilization of Atlas in their environment
  • Project-manage the implementation of Atlas LCC and ERM software
  • Contribute proactively to the revenue goals of the Client Services team
  • Provide updated and ongoing communication with customers and internally, through: updating and delivering implementation project plans, writing customer reports to communicate customer meeting goals and outcomes, and maintenance of data associated with customer status
  • Directly contribute and influence product direction and requirements.
  • Participate in strategic industry events and key sales opportunities
  • Regular travel to client sites throughout North America (up to 75%).

Skills/Qualifications:

  • BS/MS degree plus 6+ years of enterprise software experience
  • Energetic person with a strong desire to “make things happen” in a start-up environment
  • Knowledge of enterprise applications, such as CRM or ERP. Experience with records management, content management, storage management software, litigation support software or EDD services is a plus
  • Project Management, Software implementation experience in the financial services industry is desired
  • Excellent facilitation, client management, communication and presentation skills
  • Dedicated to meeting and exceeding customer expectations; acts with the customer in mind; maintains effective customer relationships.
  • Motivated from within, team player, and pro-active

  • Strategic thinker who can work with minimal direct supervision.
  • Adaptable/Open to Change. Responds to change with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new ways to accomplish objectives.
  • Demonstrated success in deploying J2EE enterprise applications.
  • Working knowledge of Oracle, WebLogic, and/or WebShere
  • Innate ability to see the customer’s point of view, customer “empathy”.
